Burt is the current Chief Pilot for Tantalus Air and Airscape Tours. He graduated in the early 90s from the OUC Commercial aviation program in Kelowna, and since then, has garnered over two decades of experience as a charter pilot throughout Western Canada and United States. Burt also worked with Kelowna Flightcraft, flying heavy Turbo props and medium jets as a Captain on the B-727, flying passengers and cargo throughout North America. Now with Airscape, Burt enjoys flying our Pilatus plane along the beautiful BC coast and our beautiful landscapes in the Pacific Northwest. In his spare time, Burt loves to explore the outdoors and spend time with his family.
Eric has a diverse 29-year aviation background including float plane operations, corporate aviation and air tanker operations. He is the Operations Manager for all the certificates held by the Harbour Air Group including Tantalus Air. He is the President of the Floatplane Operators Association and active board member for the Air Transport Association of Canada. He has acted on industries behalf on Transport Canada focus groups and various regional advisory committees. Eric is an avid outdoorsman, with an expansive knowledge of the Pacific Northwest’s great outdoors. Some of his favourite adventures with Airscape Tours include a recent trip to circumnavigate the North Pole, Cunningham Inlet, and Qaanaaq, Greenland.
